The Executive ■ letter to the NC Environmental <br />Management Commission that includes the following elements: <br />A request to immediately convert OWASA's existing Level 11 Jordan Lake water <br />supply storage allocation <br />It A statement of OWASA's intended use of Jordan Lake to supplement the supply <br />of water available a a pn'mary supply - (University Lake, Cane <br />Creek Reservoir, and Quarry Reservoir) during 'infrequent periods of extended <br />drought <br />2. The Board hereby r that OWASA shall only purchase water from othe <br />communities or obtain water from its Jordan Lake storage allocation during periods of increase <br />trought risk after it has declared a Stage I Water Supply Shortage per OWASA's State-approve <br />Water Shortage Response Plan and OWASA's Conservation Standards as incorporated therein. I <br />3.
