The Board hereby r that OWASA shall only purchase water from othe <br />communities or obtain water from its Jordan Lake storage allocation during periods of increase <br />trought risk after it has declared a Stage I Water Supply Shortage per OWASA's State-approve <br />Water Shortage Response Plan and OWASA's Conservation Standards as incorporated therein. I <br />3.
