The Board of Adjustment operates in a strong <br />framework. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment is not a direct creation of the BOCC but <br />required body designed to serve a myriad of functions including <br />interpretation, and application of development regulations. <br /> <br />While some of their actions are based on the wording of the adop <br />Comprehensive Plan they are required to review certain cases, su <br />and appeal applications, on a case by case basis.
