Below is my email and their individual comments on the
Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood Task Force issue.
Good Afternoon, I hope both of you are doing well.
The BOCC is considering the reappointment, a possible Charge and a time line for the Historic Rogers Road
Neighborhood Task Force. The recommendation from the Task Force was to continue to meet to address the Charge of
the Task Force and this issue will be on the BOCC 1/24/13 agenda. Chair Jacobs has asked if either of you could provide
insight as to specifically what issues in the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood have not yet been addressed by Task
Force and if appointed would you still be willing to serve on the Task Force for up to an additional 6 months if needed?
Thanks you for taking a few minutes help us with this emotionally charged issue.
Michael S. I believe as she, that the work is not completed as charged
and would urge a continuation. Chairman Jacobs raised very appropriate questions and suggestions of items to be
included in that continuation.
I don't think that it is reasonable for me to think that I could be an effective member of the Task Force at this time, but
would continue to support the Board in this effort in any way that I can.
