Notice Requirements <br />Legal advertisement was published on November 4 and 11 in the Chapel Hill <br />Herald and on November 7 and 14 in the News of Orange. <br />e. FISCAL IMPACT <br />Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding for the <br />provision of County services. Costs for the required legal advertisement will be paid <br />from FY2012 -13 Departmental funds budgeted for this purpose. Existing Planning <br />staff included in the Departmental staffing budget will accomplish the work required <br />to process this amendment. <br />D. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br />No substantive implications. The proposed amendments are solely a housekeeping <br />item resulting from MuniCode's legal review of the ordinance. <br />3 <br />
