Article 5: Uses 25 <br />Section 5.8: Standards for Childcare & Educational Facilities <br />(iv) Number of designated parking spaces for employees; <br />(v) Number of visitor parking spaces; <br />(vi) Number of student parking spaces; <br />(vii) Location of student drop off points with stacking spaces <br />identified; <br />(viii) Location of all proposed and future athletic fields and structures, <br />including: <br />a. Total number of seats for spectators, and <br />b. Location of concession stands, if any anticipated; <br />(ix) Proposed public roadway improvements; and <br />(x) Existing and proposed infrastructure improvements (water and <br />sewer). <br />(b) 26 copies of a Landscape and Tree Preservation Plan prepared in <br />accordance with Section 6.8 of this Ordinance. <br />(c) 26 copies of photometric plans prepared in accordance with Section 6.11 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />(d) Estimated water usage for structures, landscaping and athletic fields. <br />(e) A Traffic Impact Study, as required by Section 6.17 of this Ordinance. <br />(f) A Biological Inventory, prepared in accordance with Section <br />5.14.6'" "2' "` 5.15.6(A)(2)(b) of this Ordinance. <br />(g) A Resources Management Plan, prepared in accordance with the <br />Resources Management Plan definition in Article 10 of this Ordinance. <br />(2) Standards of Evaluation Within Economic Development Districts (EDD) <br />If located within an EDD, the application must meet the EDD design standards <br />established in Article 6 of this Ordinance. <br />(3) Standards of Evaluation in Zoning Districts other than an Economic <br />Development Districts (EDD) <br />If located within a zoning district other than an EDD, the applicant must meet the <br />following Standards of Evaluation: <br />(a) The project meets all applicable design standards and other <br />requirements of this Ordinance. <br />(b) The project meets all service provision criteria as set forth below: <br />(i) Fire – identifies the primary and secondary responders and the <br />source(s) of water. <br />(ii) Police – identifies the primary and secondary responders. <br />(iii) Rescue services – identifies the primary and secondary <br />responders. <br />(iv) Water Supply – identification of public or private utility source <br />and capacity of water supply or identification of water source <br />through a water resource study. <br />(v) Wastewater Treatment Methods – provider and capacity of <br />wastewater treatment source. <br />(vi) Solid Waste —as specified in subsection (h) below. <br />Orange County, North Carolina – Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 -68 <br />
