M <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Orange county Community <br />Transportation Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />no later than January 25, 2013. The public hearing will be held on January 24, 2013 at Orange County Department <br />of Social Services, 113 Mayo Street, Hillsborough, N.C. before the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. <br />Those interested in attending the public hearing and needing either auxiliary aids and services under the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a language translator should contact Al Terry on or before <br />January 23, 2013, at telephone number 919- 245 -2008 or via email at aterry @co.orange.nc.us. <br />The Community Transportation Program provides assistance to coordinate existing transportation <br />programs operating in Orange county as well as provides transportation options and services for the <br />communities within this service area. These services are currently provided using fixed, demand response, <br />deviated fixed, and subscription routes.
