This project was included in <br />order to provide further connectivity between recommendations included from the <br />1999 Orange County Bicycle Transportation Plan. <br />• Local ID ORAN0009 -13: NC 49 from McDade Store Rd (SR 1361) to Caswell <br />County. This project was included in order to provide further connectivity <br />between recommendations included from the 1999 Orange County Bicycle <br />Transportation Plan. <br />• Local ID ORAN0010 -13: W Lebanon Rd (SR 1306) from Saddle Club Rd (SR <br />1346) to Mill Creek Rd (SR 1345). This project was included in order to provide <br />connectivity with recommendations in the draft DCHC MPO 2040 Metropolitan <br />Transportation Plan (MTP) and CTP recommendations. <br />• SPOT ID 1160: Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) and Buckhorn Road (SR 1114) <br />from Dairyland Road (SR 1177) to West Ten Road (SR 1146). This project was <br />submitted by the Triangle Area RPO to the NCDOT Strategic Planning Office of <br />Transportation (SPOT) as part of the Prioritization 20 Process in 2011. This <br />project overlaps with a section of NCDOT project` EB -5520 on Orange Grove <br />Road (SR 1006) between , Dairyland Road (SR 1177) and Buckhorn Road (SR <br />1114). <br />Local ID EB -5520: NCDOT project EB -5520 is to add 4 -foot shoulders to <br />Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) from NC 54 to Arthur Minnis Road (SR 1115). <br />There is currently no right -of -way or construction date scheduled. This project <br />overlaps with the Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) section of SPOT ID 1160 <br />between Dairyland Road (SR 1177) and Buckhorn Road (SR 1114). <br />The projects below were also submitted by the Triangle Area RPO to the NCDOT <br />Strategic Planning Office of Transportation (SPOT) as part of the Prioritization 2.0 <br />Process in 2011, but were already included in the CTP recommendations taken from <br />the 1999 Orange County Bicycle Transportation Plan. <br />• SPOT ID 1095: Dairyland Road (SR 1177) from Union Grove Church Road (SR <br />1111) to Orange Grove Road (SR 1006). <br />• SPOT ID 958: Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) and Dodsons Cross Road (SR <br />1102) from 1 -40 to Dairyland Road (SR 1177). <br />• SPOT ID 559: Efland -Cedar Grove Road (SR 1004) from Highland Farm Road <br />(SR 1332) to Carr Store Road (SR 1004 / SR 1352). <br />
