APPROVED 12/5/2011 <br />Attachment 1 <br />Minutes Excerpt <br />MINUTES <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />October 18, 2011 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Tuesday, <br />October 18, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, NC. <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Bernadette Pelissier and Commissioners <br />Valerie Foushee, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Earl McKee, and Steve Yuhasz <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Alice Gordon <br />COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Gwen Harvey, <br />Interim Assistant County Manager Michael Talbert and Clerk to the Board Donna S.
