Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance Amendments: Amendments to Chapter <br /> 5 30, Article 2 of the Orange County Code of Ordinances have been proposed by Orange County. <br /> 6 This section of the code is commonly referred to as the "Educational Facilities Impact Fee <br /> 7 Ordinance."
