Call to Order: Co- Chair, Howard McAdams, called the meeting to order. David Stancil <br />introduced and the board welcomed Peter Sandbeck, DEAPR Cultural Resources <br />Coordinator. <br />2. Co -Chair Comments: None <br />3. Consideration of Additions to Agenda: None <br />4. Meeting Summary/ Minutes —September 19,2012: Kim Woods made a motion to <br />accept the minutes. Allan Green seconded. Motion carried. <br />5. Items for Decision: <br />Gail Hughes introduced the pending applications for Voluntary Agricultural Districts <br />(VAD), and raised a question about the process for renewal of VADs. Staff asked the <br />County Attorney if VAD's had to be renewed or do the property owners have to fill out <br />some type of form to renew their VAD designations? Answer: No — renewal should be <br />automatic unless the property owners decide to pull out of the program. <br />
