Fikes, 245 -2490 <br />PURPOSE: To receive the Annual Affordable Housing Performance Report from the Orange <br />County Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br />BACKGROUND: The Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board (AHAB) was created <br />in 2001 as the official advisory body on affordable housing to the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners. One of the activities of this Board is to provide information regarding the <br />affordable housing accomplishments in the County. Patsy Barbee, AHAB Chair, will present the <br />Annual Performance Report for 2012. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact with receiving the Report. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br />of the Affordable Housing Performance Report as information. <br />
