Chair Jacobs suggested that staff do a one-paragraph summary of the impact on <br /> Orange County and that this be ready for the legislative breakfast on April 21st. He said that <br /> this is an unfortunate interpretation. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that it should be highlighted that Orange County is trying to <br /> do the right thing and that there was a 48% waste reduction.
