Chapel Hill, NC 27517
919-360-8340
katherinegharperCabellsouth.net
Chair Jacobs said that he forwarded this email to everyone and to staff, and he knows
that staff has been working on this. He is surprised that the Sheriff or any deputy would say
what Ms. Harper reports, because there are noise ordinances that could certainly be applied,
and in the past they have tried to use those. He said that the Board will continue to look at this.
b.
