Additionally, measures of success are offer <br />service and delivery. Finally, the plan outlines the required i <br />technology initiatives that will provide a foundation for long-term economic viability and service <br />enhancement. The investments will identify two main areas of focus, citizen e <br />operational efficiency/effectiveness. Both areas of investment <br />timing of the investments outlined to reap maximum benefits. <br /> <br />As Orange County executes the Strategic IT Plan, its citizens will continue to see improvements in the <br />quality and accessibility of County services.
