Goals <br /> <br />The Orange County Commissioners have identified the following strategic areas of priority, which <br />have been aligned to specific technology solutions. <br />Goal One: Ensure a community network of basic human services and infrastru <br />protects & promotes the wellbeing of all County residents. <br />Goal Two: Promote an interactive & transparent system of govern <br />Goal Three: Implement planning & economic development policies w <br />local economy, & which promote diversity, sustainable growth and <br />community values. <br />Goal Four: Invest in quality County facilities, a diverse work <br />performing County government. <br />Goal Five: Create, preserve, and protect a natural environment <br />wildlife, important natural lands and sustainable energy for pre <br />Goal Six: Ensure a high quality of life and lifelong learning that champions dive <br />levels, libraries, parks, recreation, and animal welfare. <br /> <br /> <br />The following section offers a goal alignment matrix between spe <br />atrices reflect two broad categories, Citizen Engagement and <br />Relationship Management (externally focused activities) and Internal County Operations (internally <br />focused activities). Furthermore, each category has three levelr the <br />various activities.
