The firms, and others as needed, will help the Town and The <br /> ArtsCenter to conduct community based visioning process leading to master planning activities <br /> that enhance and develop collaborations among cultural organizations, businesses, individual artists, <br /> schools, and facilities in and surrounding the District. Their work will advance the goals of <br /> ArtsCarrboro 2020. <br /> The first phase of Our Town work in Carrboro will involve research and development of both the <br /> initial draft of ArtsCarrboro 2020 and design for the Carrboro Cultural District.
