He continued with the presentation as shown below. <br /> SUSTAINABILITY <br /> • Site Selection & Design <br /> • Water Efficiency <br /> • Energy and Atmosphere <br /> • Materials and Resources <br /> • Indoor Environmental Quality <br /> Site Selection and Design <br /> • Site Designated as Economic Development District <br /> • Previously Developed Site (flea market & farmed timber) <br /> • Multi-Use Development Program reduces trips <br /> • Provide CarpoollVanpool Information (kiosk, bulletins, etc.) <br /> • Provide Bus Loading Stations and Bus Route Information <br /> • Comply with EPA and NPDES Standards for Pollutant Discharge (including bio-swales <br /> for infiltration, etc.) <br /> • Storm Water Retention for BOTH 1 yr. and 2yr. Design <br /> • Plan for "Walkability" in Site Design <br /> Water Efficiency <br /> • Plan for Water Efficient Landscaping <br /> • Use ONLY Reclaimed Stormwater for Irrigation <br /> • Use Low Flow Water Fixtures <br /> • Make available Reclaimed Stormwater for Tenants HVAC Needs <br /> Energy & Atmosphere <br /> • Reducing Energy Needs by Use of Day-Lighting in Architectural Design <br /> • Engage in 2 yr.
