Solid Waste will be handled through Orange County and the Solid Waste Ordinance. 2. Fire or Rescue Station SITE may be located wl in the Development and Police I Sheriff Patrols to be Coordinated Through the Town of Mebane and Orange County. 3. A Phased Traffic Improvement Plan to follow Recommendations of a Final DOT Approved Traffic Impact Analysis by Arcadis. 4. Other standards in Section 8.8.23 — Planned Developments defers to the Requirements of Article 7 — Planned Developments. Mr. Hutchins introduced Bob Miller, who continued with the presentation. Bob Miller: I have been sworn. I'm a licensed professional engineer in the State of North Carolina and have been an environmental consultant for 23 years, 19 of those years here in North Carolina. I have performed an environmental site assessment on the land in question. The site assessment was performed in accordance with the ASTM Standard E 1527-05, which is the accepted industry standard for performing environmental assessments.
