/7/, OO� <br /> Court Street Annex <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for building renovations at the Court Street Annex in <br /> Hillsborough. Proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes finance <br /> this project. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 'through roug <br /> 1998-99 FY 1999-00 1999-00 <br /> Sales Tax $15,000 $115,0 $130,0 <br /> Bond un <br /> Private Placement <br /> Grant Funds <br /> Fees <br /> Other <br /> Total un ing S15,0 $115,000 , <br /> Section 4. This ordinance, originally adopted June 21, 1998 shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 <br /> until June 30,2000. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Court Street Annex Capital Project Ordinances for <br /> Orange County. <br /> Adopted this fourth day of April 2000. <br />
