He showed a general outline of the proposed website. <br /> Commissioner Carey said that it looks comprehensive to him and it should be clearly <br /> identified on the website when any decisions are to be made by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners, as well as when and where the public comment meetings are to be held. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that the flow schematic could be clearer and she suggested <br /> taking out the arrow between Finalize Exclusionary Criteria and Develop Preliminary Technical <br /> Screening Criteria. She said that she would like this schematic on the website as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Commissioner Foushee said that it might be helpful to have a narrative to go along with <br /> the schematic on the web. <br /> 4.
