Laura Blackmon said that, because of the unique circumstances, these are basically <br /> special meetings and in some instances the Board may discuss and then hear public comment <br /> and then vote at the next meeting; and with other instances, the Board will vote as needed. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that she wants to work this out so the public has a chance to <br /> comment. She said that the Board may or may not want to have public comment at the end of <br /> the meeting.
