Any. <br /> won of lines or service into Chatbam County requites the r <br /> approval of Orange County,Chapel HE'Czaboro and OWASA. <br /> This approval is not requited when and sewer servicc is <br /> required as a condition of annexation by.the towns of Chapel <br /> Hill or Carrboro. <br />
