For bond funded projects such as Whiffed and Northern Human <br /> Services Centers, staff will bring those ordinances forward as bonds are actually sold and <br /> project scopes defined. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners adopt the attached capital project ordinances. <br />
