Also, very often documents must be signed right away. By approving the <br /> following resolution, William (Buck) Tredway will be able to provide these documents in the <br /> absence of the Clerk as well as perform other duties when the Clerk is not available. <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM (BUCK) TREDWAY <br /> AS <br /> ACTING DEPUTY CLERK <br /> THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEREBY RESOLVES that William (Buck) <br /> Tredway is hereby appointed as Acting Deputy County Clerk for the County of Orange. As <br /> Acting Deputy Clerk, Mr. Tredway shall be authorized to perform all the duties and functions Of <br /> the County Clerk in the absence of the County Clerk. <br /> This resolution shall become effective upon adoption. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br /> RECOMMENDATION (S): Approve the resolution as stated above. <br />
