The main objective tonight is to go through the CIP and discuss the <br /> issues with the revenue options. <br /> Commissioner Nelson asked for a 60-second synopsis of the space needs for <br /> DSS and Health. Pam Jones said that there are two options for the human services <br /> space — one is to build 50,000 square feet at the Southern Human Services Center or to <br /> lease the old Wal-Mart store in Hillsborough. There are not a lot of differences between <br /> the cost estimates.
