The attached Contract is for the purpose of providing matching funds to support implementation <br /> of a comprehensive conservation program for soil and water resources in your district. The funds for this are <br /> provided to the Agency by the North Carolina General Assembly. <br /> By completing the attached documents, you are agreeing to the specific stipulations,the general terms and <br /> conditions, and specific reporting requirements.Two original Contract packets must be printed, completed <br /> and returned to the NCDA&CS, making sure that the Contracts and certain forms have been signed and <br /> dated. Some documents are required to be witnessed, please make certain documents are witnessed, as <br /> applicable, before they are returned to the address provided on page 4 of your Contract cover document. <br /> All Authorized Representative Signatures MUST be in BLUE INK. Use the Contract Check Off List to ensure <br /> all attachments are included and are in the correct order for each Contract Packet. <br /> Upon final execution by the Department, one original Contract will be returned to you for your records.
