21 <br /> From the date of approval of the Concept Plan Development Options by the Planning Board, the <br /> applicant shall have ea° (1) ya# two (2) years in which to prepare and file an application for <br /> Preliminary Plat approval. If a Preliminary Plat for subdivision has not been submitted within the <br /> specified time limit, the Concept Plan Development Options shall become null and void. <br /> Section 10. (page 14a — Subdivision Regulations) Appeal Procedures <br /> III-D-1-h (first paragraph) <br /> The decision of the Planning Board regarding Concept Plan Development Options may be appealed <br /> to the Board of Commissioners. Any notice of appeal shall be filed, in writing, with the Planning <br /> Director within 15 days after the date of the Planning Board's decision.
