7 <br /> 16.1.14 The procedures and policy for extended educational leave <br /> without pay are synonymous with those outlined for leave <br /> without pay. See Article III Section 4. <br /> 16.1.15 An employee going on full Education Leave with pay will be <br /> obligated to remain employed with the County for one (1) <br /> year following completion of their education. If the <br /> agreement is not kept the employee is expected to refund <br /> tuition fees and other expenses paid by the County as <br /> indicated in Section 16.1,11, and/or amounts will be held <br /> out from final compensation due the employee at <br /> termination. <br />
