He asked if there was a <br /> 3 process that the Town could go through so as not to require this stub-out. <br /> 4 Mayor Chilton said that the Town could change its plans for the connecting road policy. <br /> 5 His perspective is that the Town would not find anyone that would want to see Old NC 86 a <br /> 6 four-lane road and instead turn this traffic to Eubanks Road. In order to make the connection <br /> 7 north to Eubanks Road, there has to be a creek crossing somewhere.
