See Clause H.2 for equitable adjustment. <br /> B.2 SERVICES AND PRICES <br /> BASE PERIOD - October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 <br /> CLIN DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 0001 Processing and resolving, at a price of$500 per charge, 52 Title $ 26,000.00 <br /> VII, ADEA, and ADA charges. Each charge must have been filed <br /> since October 1, 1995, (or since October 1, 1994 for each charge <br /> where a determination of reasonable cause is issued and the charge <br /> is processed through hearings and/or litigation) and resolved in <br /> accordance with a Charge Resolution Plan, if applicable. <br /> 0002 Provide Intake Services for 20 charges,with affidavits, filed during $ 1,000.00 <br /> the period October 1, 1999 to September 30,2000, at a price of$50 <br /> per charge. <br /> 0003 Training to facilitate successful completion of contract, which must $ 1,000.00 <br /> include attendance at EEOC-sponsored annual conference. <br /> TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE: $ 28,000.00 <br /> B-1 <br />
