The CM <br /> shall monitor the contract for the Director, Office of Field Programs and provide the <br /> Contractor with technical guidance. Technical guidance shall mean filling in the details <br /> of otherwise explaining the scope of work and the requirements set forth in the <br /> contract. It is intended that the details or suggestions furnished shall not constitute <br /> any changes in terms and conditions of the contract. The CM has the responsibility <br /> for monitor and evaluating all phases of the Contractor's performance in order to <br /> determine compliance with the technical requirements of the contract. <br /> G-1 <br />
