U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION <br /> UNIFORM CONTRACT FORMAT <br /> SECTION E - INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE <br /> E.1 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE <br /> Inspection and Acceptance shall be made by the Contract Monitor or his/her designee on <br /> behalf of the.Director, Office of Field Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. <br /> Inspection and Acceptance shall be made pursuant to the standards set forth in EEOC's <br /> Compliancb Manual and in the applicable section(s) of the State and Local Handbook. <br /> The Contract Monitor will ensure that the Contractor maintains performance <br /> that is consistent with the criteria and requirements contained herein, as well <br /> as in the Substantial Weight Review Procedures and Worksharing <br /> Agreements. EEOC Headquarters will conduct an on-site evaluation of the <br /> investigative and administrative charge processing procedures of the <br /> Contractor as needed.
