The streams and <br /> wetlands should be protected from distUrbance associated with future developmen� <br /> The Town of Chapel Hill requires stream buffers for any sireams that qualify as a <br /> Resovrce Protection Distric� For intermittent streams the Town requires 50 feet of buffer <br /> on both sides of the stream and for perennial streams the Town requires 150 feet on both <br /> sides.
