� . 103 <br /> 5. it was noted that there shoufd be a more "global" view of the entire area to <br /> include the current plans of Habitat for Humanity and St. Paul AME Church. <br /> Habita.t plans a 50 unit single family development and on a 20 acre tract at the <br /> end of Purefoy Drive and St Paul Church has plans fo develop a 21.3 acre tract <br /> at the comer of Rogers Road and Purefoy Drive. <br /> - The church has submitted a Concept Plan ta the Tawn of Chapel Hill that <br /> includes a 600 seaf sanctuary, community and day�care centers, thirty (30) <br /> single-famity homes, a senior housing complex with 50 rental units and another <br /> buiiding with an unknown number of townhouses. <br /> Given this pianned development activify in the immediate area along with <br /> development of the Greene Tract, the group suggested tf�at a map be developed <br /> fihat wi(I provide a visual of these proposed developments in context with the <br /> Greene Tract.
