Basedonthis <br /> updated submittal,the project is proposing to convey stormwater from the proposed self-storage buildings and other <br /> impervious surfaces underneath Mile Branch Road to a proposed engineered stormwater control device or"best <br /> management practice"(ByNP). The proposed BMP is a 10,000 square foot bloretention cell with internal water storage. <br /> Your submittal also included preliminary nutrient calculations. With the addition of the Woretentionit appears that <br /> otomnv*ater nutrient loadings will bemet. The bioregent}on should also meet the peak flow and total suspended solid <br /> reduction requirements. Therefore,I believe the updated proposal will meet Orange County's stormwater requirements <br /> as outlined in Section 6.14 of our Unified Development Ordinance. <br /> However,please understand that this is a preliminary review. A detailed stormwater management plan,as well as an <br /> erosion control plan submittal will be required once the project has been finalized.
