3 <br /> Planning Director's Recommendation: In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.4 of the <br /> UDO, the Planning Director recommends approval of the SUP application, subject to the <br /> following: <br /> • Approval of the recommended findings of fact associated with the Class A Special Use <br /> Permit as detailed within Attachment 6, <br /> • The imposition of the recommended conditions as detailed within Attachment 6, and <br /> • Based on the BOCC's ability to make an affirmative finding on the general and specific <br /> standards outlined within Section 5.3.2 (A) and (B) of the UDO. <br /> Public Hearing Procedural Information: In accordance with Section 2.7.8 (A) (3) of the UDO, the <br /> BOCC has requested the Planning Board recommendation be made available in time for the <br /> November 20, 2012 BOCC regular meeting. As a procedural note, additional comments on the <br /> application must be submitted in writing prior to the Planning Board meeting in order to become <br /> part of the official record of these proceedings. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: This request has been reviewed by various County departments who <br /> have determined that the approval or denial of the request would not create the need for <br /> additional funding for the provision of County services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br /> 1. Receive the Planning Board recommendation; <br /> 2. If necessary, deliberate further on the application; <br /> 3. Close the public hearing; <br /> 4. Take action on the request by: <br /> a. Utilizing the script contained within Attachment 7, review and approve the Findings <br /> of Fact contained within Attachment 6 of this abstract and make the appropriate <br /> findings that the application complies with the various sections of the UDO, <br /> including the general findings as denoted within Section 5.3.2 (A) (2); and <br /> b. Approve the Special Use Permit imposing those recommended conditions <br /> contained within Attachment 6. <br />
