TLC retains the right to reroute,close or alter any trail on the Johnston Mill Nature Preserve in the <br /> future that negatively impacts the health and vitality of the nature preserve. <br /> f. Users of the trail are invited guests of TLC. Users must follow the TLC rules while on the Preserve. TLC <br /> reserves the right to change the rules related to the Preserve in the future,should the need <br /> arise. Violators can be excluded from the Preserve. <br /> g. A minimum thirty foot buffer be vegetated and maintained on the Dunhill property at the TLC boundary. <br /> h. TLC Land Manager and Dunhill Homeowner's association shall work to maintain communications to <br /> provide an outlet for issues,should they transpire,including off trail activities,dumping of yard waste <br /> and other issues deemed detrimental to the Preserve's conservation values or well being. <br /> L The connector trail should be built with natural surface materials,with a tread no wider than 6 <br /> feet. Timing for construction should be coordinated with TLC, but be constructed within 6 months of <br /> the completion of trail connector located on the Dunhill Subdivision property. <br /> The Triangle Land Conservancy is open to consideration of the trail connection between the Dunhill Subdivision <br /> and Johnston Mill Nature Preserve subject to acceptable terms and remuneration. <br /> t <br /> 2 <br />
