TLC <br /> reserves the right to change the rules related to the Preserve in the future,should the need <br /> arise. Violators can be excluded from the Preserve. <br /> g. A minimum thirty foot buffer be vegetated and maintained on the Dunhill property at the TLC boundary. <br /> h. TLC Land Manager and Dunhill Homeowner's association shall work to maintain communications to <br /> provide an outlet for issues,should they transpire,including off trail activities,dumping of yard waste <br /> and other issues deemed detrimental to the Preserve's conservation values or well being. <br /> L The connector trail should be built with natural surface materials,with a tread no wider than 6 <br /> feet.
