Script for Acting on Findings of Fact <br /> PURPOSE: To receive the Planning Board recommendation, close the public hearing, and make a <br /> decision on a Class A Special Use Permit application submitted by David Weekly Homes LLC <br /> proposing a 26 lot single-family residential development off of Mt Sinai Road in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Section(s)2.7 and 5.15.6 of the Unified Development Ordinance (hereafter'UDO'). <br /> As a reminder, the reconvening of this hearing is solely to receive the Planning Board <br /> recommendation and any additional written evidence submitted since the August 27, 2012 <br /> Quarterly Public Hearing. This hearing is not intended to solicit additional input from the public <br /> or the applicant.
