Operating Procedures Annual Policy was made by Steve Yuhasz, <br /> seconded by Matthew Kelm, and carried without dissent <br /> Susan Elmore requested an addition to the minutes on the CD Report discussion to <br /> address why the number of rabies exposures was up since 2004. <br /> Motion to approve the Consent Action Item A.
