Renewal of Cantract with Triangle Home Health Care to Provide In-Home Aide <br />Services to Eligible Adults <br />The Board approved the contract renewal with Triangle Home Health Care for Fiscal Year 2007- <br />2008, authorized the Chair to sign the contract, and directed DSS staff to work with Triangle <br />Home Health Care during the year to review and discuss any possible issues related to its <br />employees receiving a living wage. <br />t. Renewal of Contract with Narthen Blue for DSS Legal Services <br />The Board accepted the Social Services Board recommendation and approved the contract <br />renewal for legal representation with Northen Blue, LLP, for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 and <br />authorized the Chair to sign the contract. <br />u. Renewal of Contract with Orange-Person-Chatham LME to Assist and Support <br />Access for Social Services Clients <br />The Board continued a contract with Orange-Person-Chatham LME for apart-time liaison to <br />assist clients of Social Services to access needed mental health services and authorized the <br />Chair to sign. <br />v. Cantract Renewal with Orange County Schaals System for Adolescent Parenting <br />Services <br />The Baard accepted the Social Services Board recommendation and approved the contract <br />renewal with the Orange County Schools System and authorized the Chair to sign. <br />w. Reinstating of Contract with Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools for Adolescent <br />Parenting Services <br />The Board accepted the Social Services Baard recommendation and approved the contract <br />reinstatement with the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools System and authorized the Chair to <br />sign. <br />x. Renewal of Cantract with Orange Public Transportation to Provide Medically <br />Necessary Transportation to Medicaid Clients <br />The Board accepted the Social Services Board recommendation and approved the contract <br />renewal with Orange Public Transportation and authorized the Chair to sign the contract. <br />~ Renewal of Cantract for Social Work Services Between Orange Caunty Schools <br />and Orange County Department of Social Services <br />The Board renewed the contract between the Orange County Schools and the Orange County <br />Department of Social Services for the provision of eight Department of Social Services positions <br />
