ENV*, <br /> Revised estimate submitted 9.10.12 <br /> Based on the information provided in your RFP#5189 and the additional <br /> information shared in our meeting on Thursday, September 6, 2012, we have <br /> outlined the various elements for a revised cost proposal below: <br /> Leadership Interviews and Review of Background Research $4,250 <br /> This phase of the project will allow Jennings to develop effective positioning and <br /> messaging for the brand. The review would include a half-day for onsite <br /> interviews with the organization's key stakeholders, a site visit to the <br /> Department's Chapel Hill location and review of all previous research and <br /> studies done for the Orange County Health Department. The primary <br /> deliverable from this phase is a brief(3-4 page) communications plan for the <br /> internal and external launch of the brand. <br /> Brand Identity Development$12,500 <br /> • Logo • Digital icon for social media • Brand style guide/sheets(typically 6-8 <br /> pages) • Various print templates (max of five)• Various digital templates (max <br /> of five) <br /> Internal Launch of Brand/Staff Training$3,000 <br /> This assumes 24 hours of senior staff time to create and attend a launch <br /> program for all managers and staff of the Orange County Health Department. <br /> The goal of the event is to introduce all members of the organization to the new <br /> vision and strategy, emphasizing the importance of their role in presenting a <br /> consistent brand to their clients and the general public. <br /> Total Cost: $19,750 <br />
