Article 6: Development Standards 77 <br /> Section 6.4:Performance Standards <br /> (c) Building and site plans which indicate the precise location and quantity of <br /> hazardous materials. <br /> (3) An Environmental Assessment will be required for any use or facility which <br /> qualifies as a small or large generator of hazardous waste as defined by the N.C. <br /> Department of Environment and Natural Resources. <br /> (4) Any use or facility which is involved in the long-term storage or disposal of <br /> WiN hazardous wastes will be required to submit a full Environmental Impact <br /> Statement. <br /> (5) Documentation must be provided-as part of the HMMP confirming the following: <br /> (a) That hazardous wastes are being sent to an approved hazardous waste <br /> recycling, storage,treatment or disposal facility, <br /> (b) That an EPAID number has been obtained, <br /> (c) That only authorized transporters are used, and <br /> (d) That on-site storage is limited to 180 days(or up to 270 days if the waste <br /> is to be transported more than 200 miles). <br /> 6.4.8 Utilities <br /> (A) Economic Development Districts <br /> rmn-r thp- p ranF;e nf thasg EG0A()miG DeV iGt peFf49FrAanGe-stan4aFd4s, <br /> each Each permitted use, special use, and accessory use to be served by a <br /> public or private water or sewer system must be: <br /> (a) Designed, sized, and constructed to the standards of the utility provider; <br /> and <br /> (b) Assured of installation of such services at the time it is approved. <br /> (2) Each MPD-CZ Master Plan and site plan must be accompanied by <br /> documentation from the utility provider that it has reviewed and approved: <br /> (a) Preliminary plans for the proposed water and/or sewer lines; <br /> (b) The adequacy of the existing system(s)to which the connections(s)will <br /> be made; <br /> (c) The capacity of the existing water and sewer treatment facilities; <br /> (d) The carrying capacity of the discharge stream or.discharge point; and <br /> (a) The method of funding proposed extensions of water and sewer lines. <br /> (3) The approval by the utility provider must in the form of a resolution or other <br /> agreement adopted by its board of directors or governing board and must also <br /> contain a certification ification that service to the development project is authorized by <br /> any water management plan and discharge permit in effect at the time of <br /> approval. <br /> (4) Installation <br /> (a) The location and size of easements for water and/or sewer lines must be <br /> approved by and dedicated in the form of a deed of easement to the <br /> utility provider. <br /> 91 Sentences such as this were removed from the UDO during the LJDO development process.
