58 <br /> Article 3: Base Zoning Districts <br /> Section 3.7: Economic Development Districts <br /> WIN -1 <br /> Lot size, min.,(acres) 4 <br /> • <br /> The purpose of the Economic Development Hillsborough OfficetFlex <br /> (EDH-5)District is to provide locations for a wide range of <br /> assembling,fabricating and light manufacturing activities,and such <br /> ancillary industrial activities as warehousing and distribution in the Front Setback,from 50 <br /> designated Hillsborough Economic Development District ROW,min. (feet) <br /> Some commercial services are also permitted accessory to industrial <br /> development provided all access is provided internally. The district o <br /> is established to provide locations for industrial development which <br /> have little or no impact on adjoining QLoperties. <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This district will usually be applied where the following conditions Comer Setback, min. 50[1][2] <br /> exist: {feet) <br /> 1.
