Article 2: Procedures 13 <br /> Section 2.5:Site Pian Review <br /> 2.6.5 Vesting of Site Plan <br /> (A) At the option of the Applicant,a site plan may be vested for a period of not less than two <br /> nor more than five years. To become vested, a site specific development plan must be <br /> approved by the Board of County Commissioners as a Special Use Permit, in accordance <br /> with Section 2.7 of this Ordinance. An approved site specific development plan shall <br /> contain the following statement:"Approval of this plan establishes a zoning vested right <br /> under G.S. 153A-344.1.
