PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Board of Commissioners pledges to the residents of Orange County its respect. <br /> The Board asks its residents to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, <br /> both with the Board and with fellow residents. At any time should any member of the <br /> Board or any resident fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br /> member to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment — To review <br /> government-initiated amendments to the text of the UDO in order to modify and <br /> clarify existing regulations and definitions associated with the erection and use of <br /> outdoor lighting facilities. <br /> 3. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment(s) - To review <br /> government-initiated amendments to the text of the UDO in order to make minor <br /> changes that have been suggested by the County's code vendor (MuniCode) as a <br /> result of MuniCode's legal review. <br /> The following item is not reviewed by the Planning Board.
