We will <br /> utilize Google Apps for scheduling, web sites,newsletters, and other needs. The Coordinator and <br /> Board of Directors will have shared access. The calendar of events and classes will be maintained by <br /> the Coordinator. Quickbooks will be utilized for general bookkeeping purposes. <br /> l l , IT l <br /> • Studio renters will be required to submit monthly rental payments to the Coordinator on the <br /> first day of each month. <br /> • Classroom and auditorium renters will be charged a 50% deposit to secure rental space and <br /> must pay the remaining 50%two weeks prior to their scheduled event.
