A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> to approve Attachment 5, Orange County Areas of Support and Items of Interest. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz to <br /> approve Attachment 3, Resolution Regarding Legislative Matter (related to Broadband). <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> The Board considered identifying three to five specific items from the entire <br /> package to highlight for priority discussion at the April 16, 2012 meeting with Orange <br /> County's legislative delegation.
