BACKGROUND: The following appointments are for Board consideration: • Appointment to a first term for CDR Alexander Castro, Jr. If appointed, Mr. Castro will be serving a first term as Bingham Township representative ending 09/30/2015. • Appointment to a first term for Rev. Susie Enoch. If appointed, Rev. Enoch will be serving a first partial term as Cheeks Township representative ending 09/30/2013. • Appointment to a first term for Dr. Sam Lasris. If appointed, Dr. Lasris will be serving a first full term as Cedar Grove Township representative ending 09/30/2014. • Appointment to a second term for Mr. Paul Guthrie.
