BACKGROUND: The following appointments are for Board consideration: • Appointment to a first term for Ms. Tiki Windley. If appointed Ms. Windley will be serving a first full term as an at-large representative expiring 09/30/2015. • Appointment to a first term for Mr. Robert Ireland. If appointed Mr. Ireland will be serving a first full term as an at-large representative expiring 09/30/2015. • Appointment to a first term for Dr. Li-Chen Chin. If appointed Dr. Chin will be serving a first full term as a Town of Hillsborough representative expiring 06/30/2015. • Appointment to a first term for Mr. Gerald Ponder. If appointed Mr. Ponder will be serving a first partial term as a Town of Hillsborough representative expiring 06/30/2014. • Appointment to a first full term for Mr. Joseph Polich. If appointed Mr. Polich will be serving a first full term as an at-large representative expiring 09/30/2015.
