Attachment 2, entitled "NHSC Development Option <br /> Comparison", compares and contrasts these two options. <br /> In summary, while both options are similar in total cost, Option 1 allows for more design and <br /> space planning flexibility. Option 2 maintains the important social, cultural, and historic <br /> elements within the design, but would restrict some space planning and use flexibility. <br /> The September 25, 2012 public meeting produced a strong preference for Option 2, the <br /> "adaptive re-use" path.
